Britain's most popular Museum outside London is relaunching after a £16 million redevelopment in spring 1999. New galleries dedicated to animation, advertising and digital imaging along with a new 3D IMAX cinema will make an even bigger and better day out.

From Spring 1999 (currently closed) Tuesday - Sunday, 10am - 6pm (closed Mondays, except main and Bank Holiday Mondays)
