Colchester
While being known as an important t Roman town Camulodunum it was in fact the capital of the pre Roman Belgic ruler Cunobelius. Colchester has a wealth of history and heritage with finely preserved Roman walls, medieval buildings, a superb castle and many historic Inns and houses. Colchetser boasts a prosperous commercial base, glorious countryside and Stansted airport is only miles away. London train journey time 45 minutes
